Discussion:
During our first general meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 5:25pm on Cy-Fair main Campus the following key issues was discussed under the agenda:
- We concluded that the Constitution would be posted online for all members. In addition, our budget for the fall semester was highlighted as well.
- NASA Project, which is one of our primary project goals for the fall semester was highlighted in the meeting, but Professor Howard will discuss more details as soon as he gets information from the NASA representative Mr. Stacy.
- We also discussed that due to our times schedules; most of our communication will be via email. All meetings will be held at MOD 4 Room number 107 on Cy-Fair main campus.
- Jimmy Robert adjourned the meeting with a motion.
